1. Services

Utah Powersport Pros provides mobile small engine and powersport repair services, which may include diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for off-road and recreational equipment. Service availability may vary by location, schedule, parts availability, weather, and technician discretion.

2. Estimates and Authorization

• Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional issues are discovered.
• By approving a repair, you authorize us to perform the agreed work and to test the equipment as reasonably necessary to complete service.
• If we discover additional issues requiring extra parts or labor, we may request approval before proceeding when practical.

3. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We may require a deposit for certain repairs, special-order parts, or larger jobs.
• Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection efforts to the extent permitted by law.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. We may charge a reasonable fee for no-shows or late cancellations to cover travel time and reserved appointment slots, where permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate equipment information and service history when known
• Ensure the equipment is accessible and safe to service
• Provide a safe working area (reasonable lighting, ventilation, and workspace)
• Remove personal items from the equipment prior to service
• Disclose known issues and prior modifications that may affect diagnostics

If conditions are unsafe or not reasonably serviceable, we may pause or refuse service.

6. Warranty and Service Limitations

Unless we provide a written warranty for a specific job, services are provided on an as-is basis. Mechanical equipment can fail for many reasons, including pre-existing conditions, normal wear, misuse, or unrelated component failures.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed issues.
• We are not responsible for failures unrelated to the work performed.
• Off-road and powersport use involves inherent risk, and maintenance does not guarantee future performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utah Powersport Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service or the website will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with site functionality, or using the site for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, and text are owned by Utah Powersport Pros or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
